We are seeking a skilled Building Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our facilities maintenance team at Arcus Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have time served experience across multiple trades, a valid UK driver's license, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities will include delivering planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to our multi-site clients, ensuring client sites are fully maintained and operating at full potential.

As a Fabric Specialist, you will enjoy working in a varied environment, traveling to client locations throughout your area, and delivering a high level of repair works and rectifying any defects.

You will assist in the delivery of excellent customer service, resulting in professional results, asset uptime, first time fix, and quality workmanship.

We need you to have experience of working in a building fabric/maintenance role previously, with skills and expertise to confidently and independently carry out tasks such as patch plastering/rendering, protection, carpentry works, various floor coverings, wall tiling, general repair work, and changing lights and locks.

Whilst we don't need you to know it all, we do need you to have varied experience across a mix of the above trades.

To be successful, you will have time served experience across multiple trades, a valid UK driver's license, experience working within a customer-facing environment, confident using handheld IT equipment for managing works and documentation, strong communication skills, and awareness and knowledge of health & safety.

Desirable qualifications include NVQ, City and Guilds, or BTEC in a building trade.
