**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as the first dedicated sales hire focussing on mid-market and larger opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing deals with values in excess of £30k in sales cycles that can range from 2 – 5 months and delivering against a $1mil revenue quota.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A pure sales hunter with experience in a high-paced SaaS sales environment.
  • You thrive in the fast-paced environment of a growth-stage company.
  • A track record of closing deals with values in excess of £30k in sales cycles that can range from 2 – 5 months and delivering against a $1mil revenue quota.
  • Curious, disciplined, and consultatively oriented with strong networking skills.
  • Real gravitas – we want someone that can own whatever situation they are in.
  • Confidence, self-awareness and a little ego (It's not a bad thing).
  • A keen learner Someone that is always looking to be better.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Package:

  • Basic salary up to £75k, double OTE and uncapped Comms.
  • 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays, birthdays off and volunteering days.
