Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled leader to manage a team that delivers functional and technical expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Product Experience Management (PXM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM). This role encompasses the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of our Global Applications portfolio for business users. You will drive ITIL Service Delivery processes, oversee continuous improvement initiatives, and play key roles in deployment and service introduction projects.

As a manager of two direct reports, you will foster a high-performance collaborative environment. This position requires global oversight and remote management, facilitating coordination and communication across multiple teams and divisions. You will also engage with business users to ensure the effective delivery of core product and service requests within the CRM, PXM, and DAM domains.

The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, preferably with experience in service management, Agile, DevOps, and Scrum. Knowledge of CRM/PXM/DAM functions is preferred, especially within an FMCG industry. 5-7 years of experience in service management are required, along with capabilities in developing IT knowledge and leadership skills. Architecture and functional knowledge in CRM/PXM areas are essential, as well as line management experience and ability to work effectively in a flexible and changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee CRM/PXM/DAM Product Management, including lifecycle management for services and products
  • Support, influence, and contribute to defining a strategy for IT solutions, aligning with operational excellence strategies and Transformational programs and business capabilities strategies
  • Maintain awareness of industry directions for products and services in the CRM/PXM areas to define new, cost-effective solutions or optimally evolve existing solutions.
  • Service management with 3rd Party vendors based on operational excellence, with overall accountability on metrics for service (SLAs, Availability, performance, etc)
  • Accountable for regular status updates to stakeholders on progress for all demands raised by Business
  • Development management with 3rd Party vendors based on development excellence, with overall accountability on metrics for development
  • Escalation point for any business demands, working with his team and Business stakeholders to address, engaging all resources needed to solve this demand
  • Sustain the user community and develop the key users, functional experts and product owners network.
  • Collaborate with projects according to Mars DT signature processes, including assigning and facilitating Product BDS Co-Pilot for programmes and projects
  • Budget management for all product areas and functions.
  • Line Management of a team, with coaching and development as well responsible to assure resources knowledge on Mars business processes and development/projects techniques and methodologies
  • Role model agile behaviors & methods with customers and peers
  • High level of Customer satisfaction accountability
  • Ensure a succession plan with the team
