Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our manufactured components meets the required standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of machined components to customer specifications prior to dispatch.
  • Perform First Off and Final Inspections of manufactured components to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
  • Operate Computer-Aided Measurement Machines (CMM) with Virtual Dim's software and work with 3D models.
  • Measure components using various hand tools, including vernier calipers and micrometers.
  • Ensure adherence to inspection procedures and produce accurate inspection reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and continually seek opportunities to improve inspection activities.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment (5S) and adhere to company documentation standards.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the company, utilizing your skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Previous technical experience in a fine limit manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar quality control role.
  • Proficiency in using CMMs and knowledge of problem-solving techniques (RCCA – 5Y's).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with engineering drawings.
  • Attention to detail and results-focused approach.
