Quality Control Inspector Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all work carried out meets customer specifications and adheres to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct First Offs and Final Inspections of manufactured components
  • Inspect machined components to customer specifications prior to dispatch
  • Use CMM with Virtual Dim's software and work to 3D models
  • Measure components with various hand tools (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with inspection procedures
  • Produce inspection reports for FAIR completion
  • Keep relevant records up to date
  • Continually seek to improve inspection activities
  • Ensure the cleanliness, neatness, and orderliness (5S) of their area of responsibility
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with customer and business requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous technical experience in a fine limit manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience using CMM's
  • Knowledge of problem-solving techniques (RCCA – 5Y's)
  • Use of PC and related programmes
  • Strong communication skills
