HR Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our HR department and support the growth of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  2. Manage staff records, contracts, and compliance
  3. Assist with payroll and attendance management
  4. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager
  5. Ensure compliance with safeguarding and HR policies

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years' experience working in HR within a school setting
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills
  3. A positive, solution-focused approach to challenges
  4. Experience with school HR systems and compliance processes is a plus
