About the Role
You will be responsible for assisting residents with their physical and personal needs, ensuring their well-being and dignity are maintained at all times. Your warm and friendly approach will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Encouraging social interaction and engagement among residents.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care is delivered.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- No prior experience is essential, as full training will be provided.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
