We are looking for a highly motivated Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Melksham. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, taking ownership of a portfolio of accounts across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management
  • Internal Account Management: Manage and maintain internal accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction
  • Order Processing: Oversee the entire order process, from initial request through to completion
  • Purchase and Sales Orders: Prepare and process purchase and sales orders
  • Customer Relationships: Work closely with clients to understand and manage their needs and expectations
  • Reporting: Produce and update regular reports on customer status and order progress
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company's CRM system
  • Stock Management: Take responsibility for managing a variety of stock levels and product ranges
  • Sales Team Support: Assist the sales team with external customer interactions and visits
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Customer Queries: Address customer queries and ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like lookups and pivot tables
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach, with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver results
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales-related environment
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Telephone Manner: A professional and confident telephone manner
  • Reliability: Reliable with excellent time management skills

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
