Lead Nurse Rehabilitation and Recovery Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse leader to join our team as a Lead Nurse for the Rehabilitation and Recovery Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management to our rehabilitation and recovery services, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and management to the rehabilitation and recovery services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and support
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services, making recommendations for improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements
- Registered Nurse Level 1 (Active NMC Registration)
- Recognised management qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Educated to Degree level
- Masters in relevant health-related field
- Improving Quality Together (IQT Bronze)
Desirable
- Improving Quality Together (IQT Silver)
- Ability to speak Welsh
