Clinical Lead for Stroke Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate clinical leader to join our dynamic stroke rehabilitation team on Ward B at NPTH. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in achieving high standards of nursing care while promoting patient safety at all times.
The post holder will work within the team on Ward B, a 28-bedded stroke rehabilitation ward, and will be required to work a seven-day service, including weekends, bank holidays, and nights.
The ideal candidate will have relevant clinical experience, be able to relate theory into practice through reflective skills, and have experience working with pre-registration nursing students.

- Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care
- Management and organisation of the clinical area
