Job Title: Implementation Consultant

Job Summary:

Mobysoft is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients in the Social Housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical consulting and product expertise to clients to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Determine the scope of the solution and identify the resources required to successfully complete the implementation.
  • Ensure sales, account management, and support teams have the necessary tools to sell and support Mobysoft's products.
  • Produce and manage client-facing documentation, conduct implementation pilots, and help clients envision the final solution.
  • Work with clients during implementations to identify and manage data cleansing of client data prior to full launch.
  • Present a detailed project review to internal stakeholders prior to customer launch.
  • Project reporting to the PMO.
  • Travel occasionally to support key strategic client engagements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a B2B and/or B2C role, or a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years' experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to understand business and customer needs and apply technology solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience in data manipulation using applications such as MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and clients.
  • A professional demeanor while working with clients under time and pressure constraints.
  • Natural ability to problem-solve and find job satisfaction in creating logical solutions proficient in SQL.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience working in the Social Housing sector, including Rent / Income Management and Housing Management Systems.
  • Background in software implementation and Software-as-a-Service systems.
  • Experience using a CRM solution such as SalesForce.
