Job Description

We are seeking an individual with 1-3 years' experience in the hospitality industry to join our team. As an Evening Cloakroom Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our cloakrooms, providing excellent service to guests, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Maintain the cloakrooms in immaculate condition, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ensure all bags and coats are properly tagged and returned to their owners upon request.
  • Collaborate with the Valet team to provide coat and tie services for guests.
  • Act as an ambassador for The Savoy, interacting with guests in a positive and engaging manner at every opportunity.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage stock levels.
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry software and systems, including point-of-sale and inventory management tools.
