Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Attendant to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest rooms are cleaned to brand standards and are well presented and maintained.
  • Report any maintenance defects in guest rooms and public areas through KnowCross.
  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas adhere to brand standards and quality audit standards.
  • Oversee the delivery and collection of linen and terry on a daily basis.
  • Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and in stores.
  • Ensure guest floors are clean and well maintained at all times.
  • Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and any breaches in standards are reported to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Attend all training sessions required.

Requirements

  • A positive and friendly attitude at all times.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
