Job Summary
  • Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
  • Make beds and fold sheets
  • Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items
  • Greet guests and attend to their requests

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with a team to maintain the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and customer service. If you possess a warm and people-oriented demeanor, a team-first attitude, and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

About The Role

This Turndown Attendant position requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds. You must also ensure a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform. Prior to employment, we will ask you to complete safety training and certification.
