As part of our ongoing effort to attract and retain top talent, we are seeking a highly skilled Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. This dynamic role presents an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated professional to shape the future of our culinary program, collaborating closely with our Executive Chef to drive innovation, excellence, and success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pastry operations, including menu development, quality control, food safety assurance, and staff supervision. In this leadership capacity, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the culinary experience across our hotel and restaurants, consistently delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
Job Requirements:

A proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, developing innovative menus, and maintaining impeccable food safety standards is essential. Compensation and Benefits:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for career advancement.
