Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Property Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our lettings portfolio, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our properties are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, and contractors, delivering high service levels to all parties.
  • Arrange maintenance on behalf of landlords, ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Visit sites and carry out inspections to ensure that properties are being maintained to a high standard.
  • Adhere to compliance through efficient administration, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Process insurance claims, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Approve invoices, ensuring that all necessary checks and balances are in place.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, ensuring that all necessary work is carried out to a high standard.
  • Arrange gas and electrical safety checks, ensuring that all necessary certifications are in place.
  • Assist with inventories, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Negotiate deposit returns, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.

Personal Specification:

  • Previous experience within property management or lettings administration would be preferred but is not essential.
  • ARLA/NFoPP would be beneficial.
  • Have strong administration skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Have superb customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritize, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Be a confident communicator, with the ability to deal with demanding clients and remain calm under pressure.
  • Full UK driving license and have your own car.

We offer a competitive salary in the region of £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
