About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial properties, to ensure that all aspects of property management are carried out to the highest standard.
  • Resident Liaison: Liaise with residents, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to property management.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of property management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the Lettings Team and other teams as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong administrative skills, and a good understanding of Tenancy, Deposit, and Letting legislation.
  • Qualifications: ARLA Qualified (not essential) and educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C).
