Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive commercial growth and meet sales quotas
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Manage existing accounts and develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Finance, to improve the customer experience
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in New Business Development, Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager
- Preferable experience within facilities services, ventilation cleaning, and or fire safety
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, ACT) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Formal sales training
