About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at Evri. As a key member of our Loss Prevention team, you will play a critical role in reducing losses and damages across our network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify high-loss areas and review processes to ensure they are fit for purpose.
  • Review network claims data and formulate strategies to highlight core issues driving loss and damages.
  • Investigate and report findings, utilizing data analysis to inform proactive plans to reduce claims and losses.
  • Liaise with Loss Prevention Senior Managers and support complex investigations regarding organized theft.
  • Champion client-related issues and formulate strategies to reduce losses and share findings with Client Managers.
  • Collaborate with Central Operations Team and communicate findings to drive process changes and reduce losses.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in loss prevention.
Requirements
  • GCSE English and Maths (grade C or above)
  • Understanding of full MS Office suite
  • Relevant experience in loss prevention or parcel/logistics operations at management level
  • Experience in setting up new departments and teams in a loss prevention environment
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to direct people towards a common goal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, delegate, and influence to gain control
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to manage own and others' emotions
