Job Title: Care Assistant

HC-One is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Elmwood House in Boston. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals. You will also deliver care that comes from the heart, making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and you will be required to recognize the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. You will also have the ability to seek advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
