Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled practice nurse to join our team at Westfield Surgery in Bletchley. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to have NMC registration with an active PIN and previous nursing team experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with routine patient care tasks under senior nursing staff and GPs, as well as wound care, ulcer care, and Doppler assessments. They will also be required to perform new patient medicals and urinalysis, administer routine immunizations, and request pathology tests. Additionally, they will be responsible for vaccine and cold chain storage monitoring.

  • NMC registration with an active PIN
  • Previous nursing team experience
