We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our client, a market leader in their sector, in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and leveraging every interaction to maximize order value and cross-sell products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Strategy: Leverage every interaction to maximize order value, cross-sell products, and encourage repeat business.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights from customers to help improve products, services, and overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with excellent verbal communication skills, a customer-orientated approach, and strong time management and organisation skills. The ideal candidate will be able to build a rapport with customers over the phone and provide exceptional service.

What We Offer:

Salary: £28k-£30k, Monday to Friday, office hours, based on site in Warrington.
