About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Relief Support Worker to join our excellent supported living service in Keynsham. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care and Support: Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and administering medication.
  • Active Support: Provide emotional support and encouragement to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Leisure Activities: Accompany individuals on outings and into the community, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence: A valid full driving licence is essential for this role, as you will be required to transport individuals.
  • Good Understanding of Social Care: While prior experience is not necessary, you should have a good understanding of social care principles and practices.
