About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Relief Support Worker to join our excellent supported living service. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with support needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care and Support: Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and administering medication.
  • Active Support: Engage individuals in leisure activities and accompany them on outings into the community.
  • Personal Development: Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and aspirations.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence: A full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required for this role.
  • Good Understanding of Social Care: A good understanding of social care principles and practices is essential for this role.
