About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at ScaleWise. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving new user acquisition across new and existing accounts, managing complex sales cycles, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the development and refinement of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new user acquisition across new and existing accounts
  • Manage complex sales cycles with an average deal size of 15k ARR per user, with most deals being 3+ users
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of sales strategies

Year 1 Expectations:

  • Successfully onboard 30+ new users by the end of the first year
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology and market, effectively communicating its value to clients
  • Help us shorten the sales cycle to 1.5 months for existing clients and 4 months for new clients (working closely with the CRO to achieve this)
  • Achieve a target OTE of double the base salary through strategic selling and client management

Fundamental Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum three years of proven success in SaaS sales, with experience in managing complex sales cycles (15k+ per user size deals ideally)
  • Familiarity with the Fintech, B2B trading and/or data terminals sector
  • Resilience, grit, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and the ability to build deep levels of trust with clients
  • Knowledge of trading terminology such as "bids/offers," "forward curve," and "paper/physical" is advantageous

What We Offer:

  • £70k-£80k base with double OTE (uncapped) through 15% of first-year top-line revenue, paid quarterly

  • Reports into: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
