About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intrapartum Care Specialist to join our team as a Band 7 Delivery Suite Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered midwife to take on a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of women and their families.

The successful candidate will have expert clinical knowledge and experience as a delivery suite co-ordinator, with the ability to lead, coach and mentor other midwives. They will be responsible for ensuring that Trust Policies and procedures are adhered to, and that the department is equipped to deliver high standards of evidence-based care.

The role will involve 75% managerial duties and 25% clinical duties, providing the ideal balance for a midwife who wants to maintain their clinical skills while taking on leadership responsibilities.

The salary for this role is £68,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and passionate midwife looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
