Business Development Executive Role

C.Ln is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to promote our compliance services to organisations in the North of England. This home-based role involves outbound calling to organisations with potential interest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve individual sales targets and support colleagues to achieve their sales targets set by the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Complete cold calling and telesales activities in line with sales and marketing campaigns as required by the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Build positive relationships with new and existing clients to increase initial revenue and retention revenues
  • Maintain and handle key customer accounts
  • Develop new clients to increase the customer base
  • Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, sales and transactions using the salesforce system
  • Carry out general administration duties associated with the role

Requirements:

  • Previous telephone-based sales experience
  • Previous experience of working to targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driven and motivated
