Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at London Luton Airport.
The successful candidate will lead on the designing and implementation of learning strategies, training programs, and the development of employees' skills and knowledge within LLA and our external partners where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs.
- Carry out L&D capability assessments across the organisation, then designing blended learning solutions.
- Deliver a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioural and core skills.
- Drive a culture of coaching and continuous professional development.
- Develop strong and effective stakeholder relationships across LLA.
- Maintain budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants.
Requirements:
- BSc or Equivalent Level 6 qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field within L&D.
- Demonstrable experience of direct line managing.
- Work experience at a L&D Management level.
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
- Experience in designing, creating and implementing L&D strategies.
Desirable:
- Experience with Early Careers programs, such as Apprenticeships and Graduate schemes.
- Professional certification (e.g. CPLP).
