**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Financial Administrator, you will provide end-to-end administrative support to our team of financial advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of our wealth management business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to our financial advisers, including drafting letters of authority, creating meeting packs, and answering client queries.
  • Communicate with providers and other stakeholders to resolve administrative tasks.
  • Update our internal customer relationship management (CRM) system and perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist with paraplanning work and have the opportunity to take industry exams with the support of our directors.

**Requirements**

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of financial planning and administration.
