Job Description

Job Title: Contract Administrator

Company: KION Financial Services Limited

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and activating lease contracts within our bespoke SAP-based system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain long-term rental contracts into the KFS contract management system – Lis@
  • Work with internal teams to address missing information or queries
  • Manage the Inventory for the assigned region to ensure all contracts are activated by month-end
  • Interpret and post missing Invoices from Month-end statements
  • Support month-end processes, including reporting
  • Enter Factory Orders as shell contracts, and review existing entries for changes/cancellations
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties relating to the Portfolio as required

Requirements:

  • Experience of high-volume data entry
  • Proficiency in Excel, including reconciliations, reports, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Customer orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and adaptability
  • SAP experience is highly desirable
