As a Private Client Support Specialist at Chase de Vere, you will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that provides administrative support to our financial advisers and clients. This role is perfect for experienced administrators looking to take their skills to the next level or those new to the industry who are eager to learn and develop their expertise.
About the Role
- Provide administrative support to our financial advisers, including preparing client meeting packs, recording and updating back office systems, and managing client files.
- Respond to technical and process queries from advisers, administrators, and clients, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the business, working closely with our experienced operations management and learning and development team.
- Adhere to FCA regulations and internal policy and procedure, ensuring that our clients' needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

- Experience of working in a financial services environment, with a strong understanding of our business and the ability to work in a demanding yet rewarding industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
