As a Private Client Support Specialist at Chase de Vere, you will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that provides administrative support to our financial advisers and clients. About the Role

  • Provide administrative support to our financial advisers, including preparing client meeting packs, recording and updating back office systems, and managing client files.
  • Respond to technical and process queries from advisers, administrators, and clients, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the business, working closely with our experienced operations management and learning and development team.
  • Adhere to FCA regulations and internal policy and procedure, ensuring that our clients' needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

  • Experience of working in a financial services environment, with a strong understanding of our business and the ability to work in a demanding yet rewarding industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.
