**Private Client Support Specialist**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Private Client Support Specialist to join our team at Chase de Vere. As a Private Client Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our financial advisers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to financial advisers, including preparing client meeting packs, recording and updating back office systems, and booking client review appointments.
- Respond to day-to-day technical and process queries from advisers, administrators, and clients.
- Process new business received via post or online, and load relevant data onto the CRM database.
- Update financial advisers and clients on the progress of their new business cases.
- Adhere to FCA regulations and internal policy and procedure.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across the business.
What You'll Need:
- Experience of working within a financial advisory firm is beneficial.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Good time management and organizational skills are vital.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
