Job Title: Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Michael Page Sales. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities and developing strategic initiatives to drive growth in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with the engineering team to develop innovative product solutions that meet customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to establish a strong network
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of business proposals and presentations to clients
  • Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
  • A degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to establish a strong network
  • Knowledge of the Industrial / Manufacturing industry to drive business growth
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve sales targets
What We Offer:
  • An annual salary range of approximately £30,500 - £35,000
