About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Enrichment and Wellbeing Officer to join our team at Study Group. As a key member of our digital learning team, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their full potential and have a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver digital enrichment sessions and provide links to enrichment resources via Student Hubs
  • Contribute to student induction planning and help build a sense of community through participation in weekly briefings and facilitating other student activities
  • Coordinate Student Voice activities, including the Digital Student Ambassador programme, and provide wellbeing support for students 1:1, in small groups, or for the whole cohort
  • Represent wellbeing and enrichment in relevant meetings, boards, committees, and reports, and support the DSL with reporting, risk assessments, and other digital safeguarding requirements
  • Help manage responses in the Student Support and Student Wellbeing inboxes and participate in SGDL cross-team panels or other relevant meetings or committees to represent student wellbeing and enrichment
  • Support with implementation of Attendance and Engagement Policy, reporting, and any required actions, and support with extenuating circumstances meetings and reporting
About You
  • You will have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent work experience, excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint, and experience of working in an educational setting with students
  • You will also have experience of reporting and tracking information, being flexible and working to specific deadlines, delivering support or enrichment or information sessions to large groups as well as smaller groups and 1:1, and safeguarding and providing wellbeing support
  • Experience of facilitating community-building activities and communicating with and liaising with multiple different stakeholders is also essential
