Kubota Engines Division Seeks Digital Marketing Specialist

We are searching for a talented and driven individual to join our Engines Division as a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our digital presence and driving engagement with our distributor network and customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and curate content for the Dealer Portal Kubota Engine Park (KEP).
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Analyze website and event data to generate valuable leads and insights.
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry publications and media outlets.
  • Create and implement localized marketing campaigns tailored to diverse markets.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to ensure the creation of high-quality marketing assets.
  • Craft compelling and engaging content for our website and social media platforms.
  • Oversee video production and promotion strategies.
  • Manage social media content calendars and analyze performance metrics.
  • Develop targeted content plans that resonate with specific audience segments.
  • Assist in design workflows utilizing Adobe software tools.
  • Compile comprehensive reports on marketing activities and their impact.
  • Provide support for trade show organization and logistics.
  • Handle various marketing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Offer valuable support to the Marketing Manager and Senior Executives.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing environments.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience with SEO strategies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel within the UK and Europe as required.
