Digital Trading Manager

A key role has become available for a Digital Trading Manager to drive the company's online performance forward. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering sales through commercially driven strategies, online marketing, merchandising, user experience, and developing 3rd party marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets across European markets
  • Determine appropriate campaign launch strategies
  • Own performance marketing to support revenue and growth objectives
  • Monitor and analyse KPI and operating metrics
  • Oversee 3rd party e-commerce channels, ensure effective SEO/PPC deliverables
  • Work closely with Buying Manager to create category sales and trade plans
  • Inventory management
  • Promotions and campaigns (seasonal promotions, flash sales etc.)
  • Budget management
  • Agency management

Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in a digital trading / e-commerce / online retail marketing manager role
  • Strong analytical and technical skills including Google Analytics
  • Strong familiarity with SEO, SEM and digital advertising
  • Experience working in a fast paced, international business would be preferred
