## Payroll Manager Role at OJ Digital
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to lead our payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining payroll policies, procedures, and forms, as well as managing pay requests and running weekly reconciliations.
### Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the payroll process, liaising with finance and people teams
* Maintain and update payroll policies, procedures, and forms
* Manage pay requests for colleagues outside of the main payroll
* Run weekly reconciliation
### Requirements
* Previous experience personally running a complex payroll
* Knowledge of global payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
* Flexible and understanding of unpredictable hours
### What We Offer
* Full-time role with a basic salary of £35,000 - £50,000
* Hybrid working arrangement (in the office 2 or 3 times a week)
