Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Engines Division at Kubota. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain our Dealer Portal Kubota Engine Park (KEP) to ensure content is up-to-date and well-presented
  • Measure and analyze website and event-generated data to generate leads
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry publications and agencies
  • Coordinate digital video production and social media content creation
  • Assist in design workflows and compile reports on marketing and PR activities
  • Support the Marketing Manager in organizing trade shows and events
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications discipline
  • Previous marketing experience in a B2B background
  • Knowledge of Marketing Principles and SEO
  • Strong IT systems skills, including Adobe software
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
