We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Operations Manager to join our team at Warner Leisure Hotels.

As an F&B Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring our food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Managers and other Team Leaders to drive business growth and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurants and bars.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. They will be able to create an environment where their team can grow and develop, while also driving sales and revenue growth.

Salary: £26,370 plus service charge

About the Role:

You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of hospitality professionals to provide exceptional customer experiences in our restaurants and bars. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Managers and other Team Leaders to drive business growth and ensure the smooth operation of our operations.

  • Experience of leading a team in a customer-facing environment

  • Effective communication with the ability to clearly articulate ideas
