About Your Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pottery studio, reporting directly to the Head of Pottery and Adult Education Manager.

In addition, you may be asked to teach classes and provide high-quality services to students and their parents.

About You

We are seeking a trained Ceramics professional with relevant experience in running and maintaining a pottery studio. A willingness to learn and develop the studio, facilities, and resources available to students is essential.

You will need to demonstrate expertise in kiln loading and firing, clay recycling and preparation, glazing techniques, and studio organisation. Additionally, you should have knowledge of health and safety protocols, stock control, and customer service.

The successful candidate will maintain high standards within the studio and take pride in implementing their efforts and organisation.
