Job Title: Human Resources AdvisorAbout the Role

Selwood Housing Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and support to employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and management on employment-related matters
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling
  • Conduct performance management and development planning for employees
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive business outcomes through people-related projects
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification level 3 or above
  • Previous experience as a HR advisor or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of employment policies and case law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
