Job Summary:
Vital Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Wiltshire County Council Contract, ensuring it is executed effectively and efficiently, meeting the requirements and expectations of the Customers Team within the boundaries of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality and Safety: Manage the Wiltshire County Council Contract, ensuring compliance with NICEIC, SHEQ, and other relevant standards.
- Operational Management: Oversee the CAFM system, ensure continuity of operatives rotas, and provide support for statutory compliance and planned maintenance activities.
- Commercial Management: Work within operational budgets and constraints, provide costs for capital projects, and manage debt.
- Human Resources: Manage staff mentoring, training, recruitment, sickness, holidays, disciplinary, and grievance management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one trade qualification, with emphasis on Mechanical/Fabric Installations, Electrical ACOP for Commercial and Domestic Gas, Oftec Oil, and Competent Fault finding on BMS and Control Systems.
- Commercially astute, with excellent customer interface skills, telephone, and communication skills.
- Organized, able to prioritize, and work to deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, both verbal and written.
- Capable skills in IT documentation in Microsoft Office/Excel packages.
What We Offer:
£45,000 to £47,000 plus £7,000 car allowance.
