Overview

P3 Charity is a dynamic organisation committed to providing innovative services for individuals facing social exclusion.

We are seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing Accommodation Support Worker to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering young people aged 16-25 living in semi-independent accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Wellbeing Accommodation Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing key support to young people, ensuring their safety and promoting independent living skills
  • Maintaining accurate records of communication with service users, adhering to our policies, procedures, and Ofsted requirements
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for our service users
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in supporting vulnerable individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A non-judgmental and empathetic approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
