About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Physiotherapist in Community Neuro Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialist physiotherapy services to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, spinal cord injury, and multiple sclerosis.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to promote optimal function and quality of life.
  • Participate in service development and audit activities to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • CSP recognized degree/diploma in physiotherapy.
  • Member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Evidence of attendance at relevant post-graduate courses.
  • Completion of core junior rotations (Respiratory/neurological/musculo-skeletal).
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development/Lifelong Learning Activities.
