Job Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Applications Co-Ordinator to join our team at Reeds Rains in Pontefract. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain excellent communication with landlords and tenants to ensure their needs are met.
  • Conduct and analyze property inspection reports, providing valuable insights to landlords.
  • Process documentation and manage end-of-tenancy returns for our managed client portfolio.
  • Negotiate dilapidation compensation for landlords and manage tenancy renewals.
  • Monitor rent arrears and chase payments, keeping landlords informed.
  • Prepare and serve legal notices as required.
  • Manage deposit returns and ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good personal presentation and conduct.
  • Strong IT knowledge and administrative skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and customers.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
