Job Description

We are seeking an Account Director / Digital Consultant to join our sales team at Primis. As a trusted digital advisor, you will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers.

This role combines B2B sales with solution consulting, helping clients find digital solutions using our DXP tech stack.

  • You will grow and manage a client portfolio, focusing on both existing customers and new leads.
  • Identify business problems and recommend digital solutions that drive value and ROI.
  • Become the go-to expert for digital best practices and website strategy, building credibility and trust to influence buying decisions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and priorities, creating pitches, proposals, and business cases focused on delivering tangible results.
  • Coordinate the right resources and teams to deliver innovative solutions, working collaboratively to reach shared goals.
What You Bring
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales with complex digital solutions.
  • A proven track record of managing accounts and selling digital services, including websites, portals, and apps.
  • A background in consulting or digital advisory roles, ideally in industries like government, education, financial services, etc.
  • Excellent CRM skills, strong communication, and the ability to craft compelling presentations.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a knack for strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • A passion for digital solutions that drive value and ROI.
  • Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders and driving projects forward.
  • Background in research and analysis, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Relevant UX/UI experience is highly desirable.

In this role, you can expect a salary of up to £100k DOE + Commission, reflecting your success in driving growth and delivering results.
