Insurance Policy Manager

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Account Broker to join our team at WTW, a leading provider of insurance and risk management solutions. As a Trainee Account Broker, you will play a key role in supporting the management of global insurance policies, working closely with clients, captive managers, placing brokers, and the WTW global network.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the preparation and review of insurance documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to key clauses and requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth placement and administration of insurance policies.
- Collaborate with experienced brokers to understand the broking and placement strategy, including negotiations with insurers.
- Gain experience in the use of WTW's Broking Platform, PPL, and other systems crucial to broking activities.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating records, ensuring all documents are completed and filed accurately.
- Participate in client meetings, helping to prepare materials and gaining exposure to client interactions.
- Learn about market trends, insurer requirements, and the key factors that influence successful broking outcomes.
