About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to lead our Discounters & Wholesale Channel. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for driving growth across the channel and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial brand plans to drive growth across the Discounters & Wholesale Channel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including Supply, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Board members
  • Provide full P&L visibility, including gross margin and contribution to profit, to inform commercial decisions
  • Apply category management principles to drive business growth and improve profitability
Requirements
  • Strong experience in National Accounts Commercial Roles within the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of driving growth and improving profitability in a commercial role
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to network and influence across the customer matrix space
