Job Title: Global Inventory Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Inventory Manager to join our global team in London. As a key member of our supply chain function, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize inventory levels across all regions to ensure accurate demand forecasting and inventory management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address inventory imbalances and stock shortages
  • Develop and maintain inventory reporting and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Analyze and interpret sales data to optimize inventory levels and minimize waste

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in personal care or the beauty industry (preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced demand planning / forecasting role with stock allocation and supply chain planning experience
  • Knowledge of and working experience with forecasting, demand planning, and executing sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes
  • Ability to work autonomously across multiple functions
  • Experience of working with an ERP system
  • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of the total supply chain, including supply planning and customer supply chain teams

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, and the opportunity to work for a world-renowned luxury fragrance house.
