Head of Software Engineering and Technical Leadership

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Software Engineering and Technical Leadership. Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Provide technical vision and leadership to our software engineering teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, tools, and resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of experienced software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans for our software engineering teams, ensuring that they align with our business goals and objectives.
- Technical Architecture: Design and implement technical architectures that meet the needs of our business, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations.
